These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadBoard Lite website and the business-profile inquiry form (the "Service"), operated by LeadBoard, powered by Bestia ("LeadBoard", "we", "us"). By using the Service or submitting the inquiry form, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
This website lets real-estate professionals request access to LeadBoard Lite by completing a business-profile questionnaire. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation — it does not create an account, a subscription, or any binding commitment on either side.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
3. Your submission
- You agree that the information you provide (company, name, email, phone, and business details) is accurate and yours to share.
- By checking the consent box, you agree that LeadBoard may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing us.
- Your answers are saved as you progress through the form — including partially completed forms — so we can follow up even if you don't finish. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate any person or business, interfere with the operation of the Service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by LeadBoard or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or investment advice. Statistics shown on the landing page may be illustrative.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBoard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
