Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information LeadBoard, powered by Bestia ("LeadBoard", "we", "us") collects through the LeadBoard Lite website and inquiry form, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — company name, first and last name, email address, and phone number (with country code), collected on the first step of the inquiry form.
- Business profile — your answers about business type, market, team, lead sources, tools, pain points, goals, and AI preferences.
- Usage basics — standard technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.
2. How your form data is saved
- In your browser — your in-progress answers are auto-saved on your own device so you can leave and come back without losing work. The draft is encrypted at rest using your browser's built-in cryptography (AES-256-GCM via the Web Crypto API), with the encryption key held in your browser's local database. It never leaves your device except as described below, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- On our servers — once you complete the first step (your contact details and consent), your inquiry is saved to our database and updated as you answer further questions, including if you stop partway. This lets a real person follow up with you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you by phone, text, or email — only with the consent you give on the form.
- To prepare a walkthrough and configuration proposal tailored to your business profile.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not enroll you in automated drip campaigns from this form — a real human reads your submission.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see Contact below).
6. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of contact — reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us during a call.
- Access, correction, deletion — email us and we will access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
- Browser data — clear your browser's site data for this website to remove the locally saved draft and its encryption key.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted local drafts in your browser and access-controlled server storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
